• Railway berth (Upper/Middle/Lower/Side Upper/Side Lower) completely depends on railway authority. • Rs.8000/- per head for sleeper class, Rs. 12000/- per head for AC will be paid to the company as an advance on the day of booking. Part payment will be paid after producing the Rail/Air ticket copy to the customer. • Balance amount to be deposited before 20 days of the commencement of the journey in Kolkata office. Otherwise it will be treated as cancelled. • Passengers have to bear extra charges or, any other incidental charges due to disruption of communication that may happend which is beyond our control. • Entire amount of advance payment will be forfeited in the case of journey cancelled by the party as per rules of the company. • Kindly contact our office for details regarding fares cancellation & other services. • When the tour is cancelled by the management the entire amount deposited by the party shall be refunded within 60 days from the schedule date of journey • In case of single person full room fare of various sector of the said tour have to pay additionally along with the packaged tour amount. • If any passenger cancel his tour programme then cancellation charges from the tour value will be as follows:

• 85 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 05% P/HEAD • 55 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 10% P/HEAD • 45 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 15% P/HEAD • 30 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 25% P/HEAD • 10 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 50% P/HEAD • 05 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.300-400/- PER SECTOR + 70% P/HEAD

• There will be no refund if the tour programme is cancelled by the Party/Customer before 48 Hrs of the commencement of the journey. • Porter charges, Entry fees, Guide charges for temple or visiting spot will have to be bear by the passenger/party at his/her own cost. • Final tour itineraries will be given before 20 days of the respective journey. • Passengers should be responsible for their own luggages. • We are fully depended Railway/Transport/Ship/Air authority. •  Incase Of Natural Calamities Tour Has Been Cancelled, 20% Cancellation Charge From Total Tour Cost Value.  • Manager reserves right to change or alternate the programme for the largest interest of the tourist. • Tour programme may be changed due to natural calamity, disruption of communication, political disturbance and also rail transport problem. • The passengers are expected to co-operate, show restraint, patience and behave properly during the tour. • Train food will not be provided during train journey (UP and Down). • The passengers are expected to be well versed with the bye laws of the company. • Triple bed means extra mattress on floor.
